okzz Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms and Definitions

The meanings of certain terms used in this document are clarified below and apply consistently throughout the Terms:

• "Platform" — All digital services including the okzz website and mobile application.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has completed registration on okzz.
• "Account" — Each member's personal gaming account.
• "Service" — All gaming, betting and support services provided by okzz.
• "Bonus" — Additional monetary value granted by okzz subject to specific conditions.

okzz is an online gaming platform for entertainment. Users can enjoy casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting services. The platform has been built in Bengali with Bangladeshi users in mind.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between okzz and the user. Accessing the platform means accepting all the terms of this agreement. Any user who does not agree with these Terms is requested to refrain from using the platform.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account on okzz:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• Must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• No one else may be given access to a personal account.

The name, mobile number, email and payment details provided at registration must be completely accurate. okzz reserves the right to close an account at any time if false or misleading information is provided, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.1 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Only one account is permitted per person. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and bonuses will be cancelled.

2.2 Third-Party Funds

Depositing using another person's money or payment method is prohibited. Transactions must only be made from a bKash, Nagad or Rocket account registered in the user's own name.

3. Age Restriction and Identity Verification

okzz is strictly closed to anyone under the age of 21. The 21+ age requirement is enforced firmly. okzz may request documents to confirm a user's age and identity at any time.

Any one of the following government-issued documents may be requested for identity verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence

If verification is not completed after documents are submitted, the withdrawal process may be temporarily suspended. If it is found that an account has been used by a minor, no deposited funds will be returned and the account will be permanently closed.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

Each user is fully responsible for the security of their own account. It is the user's responsibility to keep their password private and not share it with anyone.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Never write down your login details or share them with anyone.
• If you notice unusual activity on your account, contact the support team immediately.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Never give your OTP to anyone — okzz will never ask for your OTP over the phone.

okzz will not be liable for any financial loss arising from theft or misuse of account credentials, unless the issue was directly caused by the platform.

5. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Transactions on okzz can be made through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods.

5.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
• Deposits are generally processed quickly.
• The deposit method and the user's name must match.

5.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket
• Standard withdrawals may take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

5.3 Withdrawal with Bonus

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. Full details of this requirement are given in the Bonuses section.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

okzz offers a welcome bonus for new members and various promotional offers for existing members. Each bonus has its own conditions, which must be followed strictly.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

okzz's first deposit bonus is a 120% bonus of up to ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the balance to ৳2,200 — however, to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered.

• The bonus applies only to new members on their first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Certain games cannot be played using the bonus — see the promotions page for details.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period; they will be cancelled automatically once they expire.

6.2 Other Promotions

Various offers are provided from time to time for existing okzz members. Each offer has its own specific conditions, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

7. Gaming and Betting Rules

The following general rules always apply when playing games and placing bets on the okzz platform:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed within the game.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical fault, the bet amount will be refunded.
• okzz has full authority to verify the outcome of any game or event.
• Betting limits may differ across games and events.
• For sports betting, bets are accepted within a set time after the match has started.

7.1 Faulty Games

If a software fault, incorrect display or network issue causes an inconsistency in a game result, okzz reserves the right to void that game and refund the bet. If a fault is intentionally exploited to win an unusual amount, the account may be placed under investigation.

7.2 Disconnection

If the internet connection is lost during a game, the result of any game already in progress will be recorded on the server. The user will be able to view that result once the connection is restored.

8. VIP Program and Cashback

okzz's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Gold-tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

Regular activity is required to move up VIP tiers. While there is no specific turnover threshold, consistent and active gaming gives access to higher tiers. Extended inactivity may result in a VIP tier reduction.

9. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Using another member's or a third party's payment method.
• Intentionally exploiting software bugs or faults.
• Coordinated betting or collusion (placing bets against each other to collect bonuses).
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's security systems.
• Collecting or distributing other users' personal information.
• Spreading false or misleading information in the name of okzz.

If any of the above activities are detected, all bonuses and funds from suspicious transactions on the associated account will be forfeited.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by okzz

okzz may close any account without warning in the following circumstances:

• Clear evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• If fraudulent activity is detected from the account.
• If evidence is found that the account is being operated by a minor.

10.2 Closed by the User

Any user may contact Live Chat to voluntarily close their account. It is advised to withdraw all valid balance before closing the account.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

11. Limitation of Liability

okzz will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss in the following circumstances:

• Financial loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
• Bugs or errors in third-party game software.
• Game interruption due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• Uncontrollable external factors (e.g. natural disasters, server outages).
• Theft of the user's password or account information.

okzz's maximum liability will be limited to the amount directly caused by okzz's own fault and provable as such.

12. Changes to Terms

okzz reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these terms at any time. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as the user's acceptance of the updated terms. It is therefore a good idea to review this page before each login.
